Haskap is protected under plant breeders rights and is grown under license from the University of Saskatchewan and Haskap Central Sales Ltd., therefore the purchaser may not propagate or reproduce the Haskap cultivars without expressed written permission from the University of Saskatchewan and Haskap Central Sales Ltd.
Please place orders directly on this website. When you checkout your plants are reserved for you from the inventory in stock.
If you would like an estimate of how much your order will be, please put your plants in the basket and checkout. You will be given the total owing before you make payment, thank you.
PAYMENT: Payment in full is required when ordering less than $500.00. Payments are accepted in Canadian Dollars only. Payment for orders over $500.00 will only be accepted by certified cheque, money order, bank wire transfer or interact email money transfer. If payment is made by credit card there will be a 4% credit card convenience fee applied to the amount owing.
A minimum deposit of 33% is required with commercial/contractual orders. Payment for commercial/contractual orders will be accepted by certified cheque, money order, bank wire transfer or interact email money transfer. If payment is made by credit card there is a 4% credit card convenience fee applied to the deposit amount owing.
Deposits are refundable if we are unable to supply for any reason. The balance will be payable prior to delivery. Receipt of a deposit will confirm price otherwise prices may change without notice.
MINIMUM ORDER: There is no minimum order to Canada and the United States.

There is a minimum order of 1000 plants for International orders (European Union, Norway, Switzerland, etc). All International orders are being taken by phone or email only at this time.
ADDITIONS TO AN ORDER: Any addition to an order is considered a new order with the applicable handling, phytosanitary fees, etc.
CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellation or reduction by customer in quantity ordered must be made in writing. Orders for nursery stock cancelled in whole or in part will be billed a 33% cancellation charge if the order was placed prior to January 1 and cancelled after February 1 or if the order was placed after January 1 and cancelled after more than 30 days. Orders cannot be cancelled after preparation for shipment. Orders may be cancelled by Haskap Central Sales Ltd. due to late payments.
RETURNS: Our nursery stock cannot be returned without the express written permission of Haskap Central Sales Ltd. In all cases goods cannot be returned after they have been accepted, processed, improperly stored, planted, or otherwise treated, modified or used in any way.
GUARANTEE: We stand behind the quality of our plants and guarantee they will be in good condition when they leave our nursery. We cannot be responsible for risks beyond our control such as shipper error, fire, flood, frost, drought, insects, excessively warm or cold temperatures, planting or transplanting conditions that arise after the plants have left our care. For these types of risk you should obtain crop or other appropriate insurance, particularly if you are engaged in commercial production.

CLAIMS: Claims for any cause must be made in writing with photographs within 5 days after arrival of goods, which period of time is expressly agreed to be reasonable. If Buyer does not give such notice, Buyer agrees to have irrevocably and unconditionally accepted the goods. Haskap Central Sales Ltd. furthermore will not consider any claim after nursery stock has been processed, improperly stored, planted, or otherwise treated, modified or used in any way. All replacements will be for the nursery stock only. Costs for shipping fees or phytosanitary certificates on replacement orders will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
CONTINGENCIES: We reserve the right to prorate or cancel any order, in whole or in part, because of: strikes, labor shortages, fire, frost, flood, drought, disease, casualty, errors in count, spoilage, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SUBSTITUTIONS: If Haskap Central Sales Ltd. is unable to furnish the size or grade of plant material ordered by the Buyer, Haskap Central Sales Ltd. reserves the right, without notice to the Buyer, to supply the closest available size or grade at the current corresponding price, unless the Buyer's order or order acknowledgment has noted upon it "No Substitutions".
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Haskap Central Sales Ltd.'s maximum liability, whether contractual or for negligence or otherwise, is limited in amount to the amount paid to Haskap Central Sales Ltd. for the purchase of the nursery stock only under all circumstances and regardless of the nature, cause or extent of the loss including any delays at Customs.
RECEIVING & ACCEPTANCE: Nursery stock is perishable. All shipments should be immediately and carefully unpacked and inspected on arrival and then placed in proper storage. Any problems with the condition or quality or quantity of goods received should be brought to our attention immediately.
SEVERABILITY: In the event that any part of these terms and conditions of sale is held to be illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the other parts shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions of sale may not be changed or amended except by written agreement signed by an officer of Haskap Central Sales Ltd. By acceptance of the nursery stock, the buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers written herein are the conditions of sale and that they constitute the entire agreement between buyer and seller.
